Retours commandes FRANCE Métropolitaine

Les retours sont à votre charge, et à effectuer dans les 15 jours suivant la réception de la commande.

  • Veuillez contacter le service client par email à contact@maisonlouve.fr ou sur via le formulaire du site internet en mentionnant votre numéro de commande.

  • Les articles doivent être retournés dans leur emballage et leur état d’origine, à l’adresse suivante:

  • Nous vous rembourserons sous forme d’avoir sur le site, dans un délai de 15 jours à compter de la date à laquelle le retour aura été réceptionné et si toutes les conditions mentionnées ci-dessus sont remplies.

Pour changer de taille, ou de modèle, veuillez-retourner l’article et prendre rendez-vous pour une prise de mesure.

La lingerie faite sur-mesure n’est pas échangeable ou remboursable.

Order returns from Europe and rest of the world

Orders can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Please send us an email to contact@maisonlouve.fr or contact us via the form on the website to let us know about the return. Please remember to mention your order number.

  • The product must be in new condition and sent back in its packaging.

  • Send the package to:

  • Please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment.

  • To avoid any Customs charges, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'. Maison Louve is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We will make a refund of eligible returns within 15 days of the returned good reception. Please note that if the product is ruined or has been worn, the product shall not be refunded.

To switch size or product, simply proceed to the return, and order via the e-shop.

Custom-made lingerie is not exchangeable or refundable.
